Timing Chain Setup (Fiesta 1.3)

Chain Installation /

1 - Turn Engine to TDC cylinder number 1

2 - Make sure camshaft sprocket timing mark is at 12 o clock

3 - Make sure crankshaft timing mark is at 6 o clock

4 - Install timing chain and guides

5 - Line up marked links on chain with marks on cam and crank 

6 - Install timing chain tensioner (40nm)
