Flywheel Bolts / 18nm + 70°

Crankshaft Pulley Bolt / 30nm + 180°

Camshaft Sprocket / 43nm

Camshaft Caps / 10nm

Inlet Manifold Bolts / 10nm

Exhaust Manifold Bolts / 25nm

Front Hub Nut / 290nm

Timing Belt Setup (Fiesta 1.4 TDCI)

 

 

Cambelt Installation / 

1 - Crankshaft woodruff key at 11 o'clock position

2 - Fit camshaft locking pin

3 - Fit fuel pump locking pin

4 - Fit belt loosely (ensure arrows on belt face rotation direction)

5 - Fit crankshaft bolt finger tight

6 - Remove fuel pump timing pin

7 - Fit crankshaft/flywheel locking pin

8 - Fit timing belt

9 - Turn tensioner anti clockwise until marker aligns 

10 - Tighten tensioner bolt 23nm

11 - Removing locking pins

12 - Turn engine clockwise 10 times

13 - Ensure timing pins line up (if not repeat process) 

14 - Bottom pulley torque 30nm + 180°
