This rebuilt EA888 Gen 3 bottom end is ideal for customers who want a reliable, professionally prepared foundation while retaining or building their own cylinder head and timing setup.

Each unit is rebuilt in-house to OEM specification with critical machining, inspection, and known EA888 failure points addressed.

Engine block professionally honed and decked

Crankshaft polished and inspected

New OEM main bearings

New OEM big end bearings

New OEM piston rings

Piston rings correctly gapped to reduce the risk of common EA888 Gen 3 ring-related failures

Oil pump stripped and inspected or replaced with a new unit (depending on stock availability)

New oil pump chain fitted

New rear main seal installed
