UNA OEM+ Complete Engine Rebuild Kit – DW10 / DW12 2.0 & 2.2 HDi – 85mm Standard Bore

A comprehensive OEM+ engine rebuild kit put together by UNA Performance for selected DW10 2.0 and DW12 2.2 HDi diesel engines with the standard 85mm bore.

As engine builders ourselves, we've put this package together around the parts we'd want available when carrying out a proper engine rebuild. The kit uses recognised brands throughout including Elring, King Bearings, Dayco and BGA, alongside a genuine cylinder head one-way valve.

Rather than sourcing the bottom-end bearings, gasket sets, timing components, oil system parts and other rebuild components individually, this kit brings the major parts together into one complete package.

- Cylinder Head, Gaskets & Seals

- Elring cylinder head gasket

- Elring complete gasket set

- Elring cylinder head bolt set

- Valve stem seals

- Injector/sleeve seals

- Associated engine gaskets and seals

- Genuine cylinder head one-way valve

- Sump plug washer

Bottom End - 

- King main bearing set – standard size

- King big-end bearing set – standard size

- King thrust washers

- Piston ring set for all 4 pistons – 85mm standard bore

- Elring front crankshaft oil seal

- Elring rear crankshaft oil seal

- Timing case seals (golf clubs)

Oil System -

- BGA oil pump and pick up pipe 

- New oil pump drive chain

Timing & Cooling - 

- Dayco timing belt kit

- BGA water pump

- New crankshaft bolt

IMPORTANT – Piston Ring Specification

This kit is supplied as standard for an 85mm standard bore with 2.0 / 2.0 / 2.0mm piston rings.

DW10 and DW12 engines were produced in a number of different variants and piston ring thickness can differ between applications.

Please check the piston ring thickness on your original pistons before ordering.

If your engine uses a different ring thickness, please contact us with your vehicle registration, engine code and required ring sizes before ordering and we can check the correct option.

Piston ring manufacturer may vary depending on the specification required. The standard 2.0 / 2.0 / 2.0mm set is supplied by S&M.

Fitment -

DW10 and DW12 engines were fitted across numerous Peugeot, Citroën and Ford applications, and specifications can vary between engine codes.
