Z20LEH Block Skimming/Decking

Our block skimming (decking) service ensures the Z20LEH block surface is perfectly flat and ready for head gasket installation. This process corrects warp, corrosion, and sealing issues and restores the block to OEM or performance tolerances.

Includes:

Surface milling/skimming of block deck

Flatness correction

Proper surface finish for MLS or fibre gaskets

Cleaning of mating surfaces

All machining services must be booked in advance. After placing your order, please contact us to schedule your machining slot and confirm turnaround times.

Postage to and from our workshop is not included in the service price. Customers are responsible for sending parts securely packaged.

If preferred, we can arrange collection and return shipping at the customer’s expense.
