Z20LEH Block Boring & Honing

This service includes precision boring and honing of your Z20LEH engine block to suit new pistons or restore worn cylinders. We machine the bores to exact tolerances and finish them with the correct crosshatch pattern for optimal ring sealing and oil control. Ideal for performance builds, forged pistons, and high-mileage rebuilds.

Precision honing with correct surface finish

All machining services must be booked in advance. After placing your order, please contact us to schedule your machining slot and confirm turnaround times.

Postage to and from our workshop is not included in the service price. Customers are responsible for sending parts securely packaged.

If preferred, we can arrange collection and return shipping at the customer’s expense.
